What we offer

Not every pool is the same, some are very basic while others are fully automated and controlled from your phone, remote control, control panel etc so we offer different levels of inspections to suit your needs starting from $295. Please contact us for a free quote.

Our Services to You

We will visually inspect your pool and it's equipment for any signs of faults.defects or necessary repairs and check the chemical balance of the pool.

After the inspection is completed we will email a full inspection report to you including details of any defects or issues that may need to be addressed including photos and video of the problem areas.

Inspection reports are usually sent within 24 hours of the inspection.

Why have an inspection?
 

Having an inspection gives you the peace of mind that your pool is safe for you and your family and that all of the equipment is functioning as it should.

The inspection will highlight any repairs that need to be made so there's no surprises in the near future!

Possible costs of equipment repair could be expensive, lights can be up to $1700 each to replace, a variable speed pump $2500+, automation $2500, heaters upwards of $3500 for gas and electric heat pumps $5000+.

 

Pool light inspection
 

We will visually inspect the operation of all pool and spa lights and highlight any issues and possible remedies.

The cost of replacing an LED pool light fixture can be quite a shock to a homebuyer, generally within the $1000- $1700 range per fixture!

Pool equipment inspection

All visible components of the pool equipment including the pump, filter, chlorinators, salt systems timers and control boxes/automation, plumbing and valves will be inspected for signs of damage and any faults.

Electrical and automation panel inspections.

The functionality of all electrical equipment and controls will be inspected and tested including timers, automation and remote controls 

Pool chemistry testing.
 

The chemical balance of the pool is vital to the safety of your family and to prolong the life of the equipment.

The chlorine, pH, alkalinity, cyanuric acid (stabilizer) and calcium hardness levels will be tested on every pool as well as salt levels if applicable.

There will also be a visual inspection of the water clarity and for signs of possible algae/ bacterial growth.

Pool area inspection.
 

The pool and cage area will be inspected for any faults or defects especially regarding the safety of the pool area including any fences, doors, gates and cages around the pool.

A visual inspection of the pool surface or liner and tiling will also be performed.
